Most famous and highly successful are very good at keeping thing simple. They like to focus more on what is important in every area of their life including their health. At home, they follow easy routines that help them get quality rest, recharge, create balance between their life and work, also to get a good night’s sleep.

Though, they have some routines that are not good to follow, but some of their habits are very good ways to stay focused, mindful, well-rested, and healthy.

Here are couple of the most important elements of their routines, and what make them effective and good to incorporate in your daily habits.

1. Drink Hot Herbal Tea After Dinner (Green tea)

Successful people mostly start their evening by eating a healthy, organic, vegetable, and plant based dinner. They usually have their own garden where they get most of the vegetables. Although very busy and workaholic, they have a very precise time set for dinner for what they come early around 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm every night.

After dinner, they like to drink a hot herbal tea made with fresh herbs from their garden, or green tea. Herbal tea in general offers many health benefits including helping with digestion, increasing calmness, and relaxation. It also helps remove toxins from the body. 2. Go For a Walk.

Fan of walking, they like to go for a walk after dinner throughout their life. They often hold walking meetings with people, rather than sitting down in a conference room or coffee shop. 

Though he might have walked a lot during the day, he would take another walk with their family or their wives after dinner. That was a very smart thing to do since many studies have shown that walking helps people fall asleep faster and can improve the quality of their sleep.

3. Meditate and Listen to relaxing music.

It has been reported that most successful people spend the final hour of their evenings meditating and/or listening to relaxing music. Many believe that focusing on simplicity helps inspiring brilliant ideas — and they practice meditations throughout their whole life. Research also shows that shows that listening to relaxing music can hopefully slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure, reduce stress-related hormones such as cortisol, and help you get to sleep faster.

Although we might something be too busy to adopt some habits, Even if you don’t like music, and even if you don’t have a fresh herb garden in your backyard, these are all things anyone can do for a mental and physical recharge and get a better night’s sleep.
